Insurance premiums for workers compensation, as reported in December 2011 by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, cost employers $30.94 for every hour worked in September. Of this amount, $20.91 was spent on lost wages and salaries to employees who were missing in action for a period of time.

Long-term care insurance is an indispensable part of a balanced retirement plan. A normal retirement home would cost anywhere from $70,00 per year to keep it running in good condition and the number of years one would need to spend in such nursing homes depends on the medical condition of each person. Though most drivers find themselves shelling out more and more money at the pump, it is not only the general public that is being greatly impacted. Many industries are struggling to find solutions to the ever-increasing price of fuel. The airline industry, trucking companies, and even law enforcement are striving to discover ways to save on fuel costs. Many times those savings suggest a reduction of services that the American people have come to expect as the standard. Not only that, when the cost of fuel goes up, so do prices for those services.

Well, years of experience tell us that most people think their home business is covered with just their Homeowners Insurance. And that is fine for your 12 year old daughters’ lemonade stand. Your driver’s age is considered with fleet insurance companies, drivers have to be over 25 with at least two years driving experience. But not to worry, you can insure your vehicles for any driver but your premium will probably be higher, you have to take the good and the bad.
